Our ground game is our most known commodities going into the season. Solid OLine and productive, experienced backs as well as talented deep freshman bench. I hope our passing game is ready to go. Early reports are positive for EJ and the receivers.

Not so fast my friend, last year we average/awful rushing against good teams or good run defenses
Vs. Florida we ran 41 times for 112, a 2.7 yards per carry average
Vs. VT in the ACC Champ we ran 28 times for 53 yards, a 1.9 yards per carry average
Vs. Clemson we ran 30 times for 97 yards, a 3.2 yards per carry average
Vs. OU we ran 32 times for 123 yards, a 3.8 yards per carry average, most of this came in garbage time
We should have a good ground game, but its just as big a question mark as the passing attack in big games

Both teams are very similar to last year, with FSU having lost their QB and best OL. It will only be closer because it's in Tally. That said, if both teams play their best, OU wins by 13. FSU just doesn't have the OL or QB to play with them yet imo. I'm more curious to see how FSU will react to playing Clemson in Death Valley, the week after this game with OU. That is a dangerous game for them. I think two of FSU's three losses this year are OU and Clemson back to back.
