    The problem with people who say stuff like this is they can't cite their sources or provide any detailed explanation of their opinion or belief.

    I imagine you think he is awful because he "socialized Medicare" or because he is a Muslim.

    the problem is its a fact, Obama is a scumbag and supporting him is unamerican. socialized Medicare is only the tip of the iceberg. his spending is outrageous and just plain robbery. he has turned the tax paying American into a minority. he bends over for themuslims and makes us look weak to the rest of the world. he is bad for business as bs regulations and taxes prevent people from spending any real money. I could go on for awhile but is just not worth my breath talking about him for very long.

    Every single one of those statements is not only factually incorrect,but dishonest in its nature. Medicare is a bi-partisan established,societal-lifting program that is solvent until 2027. I will agree the spending is high,but it is not much different proportionally to past deficits and given the need for economic stimulation not completely unnecessary. 30% of the deficit is from loss in tax revenue alone from the recession. I think you should ask OBL, Gadhafi,how that bending over is going. The economy is not only out of the shit hole from '08 but turning a corner and considering it in comparison to other housing crises like Japan or Germany, quite quick I might add.

    Except for the fact that businesses are hiring at an accelerating pace, consumers are spending at an accelerating pace, GDP growth is accelerating. The only economic indicator that is not rising/accelerating is housing market and that is because it takes YEARS for a housing bubble to stabilize.

    i must say, i am not happy with obama care... but what we have now is nothing good...

    the economy? that's everywhere... his policies pulled us out of a deep hole, and pretty well, i might add... if he gets a second term and can bring us back to surpluses and all, he might go down as one of the best.

    i know that my life is quite a lot better with him in office than it was with bush in office. all i seemed to do when bush was in office was lose stuff... house, car... job...

    but yeah.. that depression was obama's fault, too, though... right?

    this is in itself interesting...

    it has been a pretty hard time in the housing market, but the government has been surprisingly deliberate and wise in not forcing the issue with that... they have held around 400,000 empty, foreclosed homes (it was in bloomberg, i have to look again if necessary) across the nation, just waiting to figure out what to do...

    what is most interesting is that they have done nothing, which is probably the wisest course, and have been able to defend it... i wonder, how many administrations would rush in and flood the market with those very cheap homes only to have the market fall like a brick again...

    The one where we've had 22 straight months of private sector job growth and the unemployment rate has dropped 2 percentage points. There are some reports that would have the UR at about 7.5% right in public sector job growth had been neutral for that same time period.

I work in the private sector and talk to business owners on a daily basis. and continually do I hear people say business is not going well and they are letting people go and are unable to hire new help. so excuse me if I decide to take my information for actual people that work in the private sector. all you have is some bogus reports to make those in higher positions look good and pat themselves on the back. unemployment is still very high, but you go ahead and believe those ridiculous reports, roflmao

    That's funny because down here in Mobile, construction is going on everywhere and there are hiring signs out at a lot of different types of business: veterinarian clinics, pizza shops, medical clinics, billboards for construction projects, different shipyards down on the water. I'm curious what do you do in the private sector? You seem to be very vague about everything.

    Yes, unemployment is still too high, but it is improving and has been accelerating recently. Facts are facts hoss. If you want to keep ignoring something that refutes your ridiculous claims.
