  • Jennifer Granholm spoke at the DNC to support Pres. Obama. She is, in fact, a giant turd who did less than nothing in all her years as governor of Michigan.

IMO, POTUS and Granholm have a lot in common, and I didn't vote for her either.

Speeches are lovely if the goal is winning a HS debate. But we've heard the same words before. If you vote for Obama, you are voting for the status quo. You are voting for an America of lowered expectations. An America where it no longer matters how hard you work or how much you contribute to society, but instead what your political connections are. An America where the best and brightest go to China because that's where they have the most freedom and are most appreciated. An America where the color of your skin is far more important than the content of your character or the merit of your ideas. Your vote matters in 2012 more than it has mattered in decades. Use it wisely. The future of America is in your hands.

MrWoodson, I always thought we were on the opposite ends of the spectrum on this guy. I am happy to see that we are not. clap

It's scary how similar the two are.

Granholm's most infamous line from her 2006 re-election campaign was "in 5 years, you'll be blown away"

Some people were blown away, alright. Right of out state for better work opportunities, lower taxes, better schools, and ridiculously cheaper cost of living.

As I stated, the two are eerily similar.

    Agree Obama has to go

O'bama and his posse just stuck it to their own flock.

wouldnt that be considered a blatant disreguard for the peoples right to vote?
so much for the American Way ?

*the "ordained" Gov/minister chaired the platform-plan
*the party's cronnies adopted the plan
*now O'bama himself wants the plan "fixed" bs_sign

Jerusalem And God Vote Gets Booed At Dem C...

The democrats show their true colors and by a clear 50% vote, vote in ammendments to their party platform to the boos and hatred against Jews Gen 12:1 Now the Lord had said unto Abram, Get thee out of thy country, and from thy kindred, and from thy father's house, unto a land that I will shew thee: Gen 12:2 And I will make of thee a great nation, and I will bless thee, and make thy name great; and thou shalt be a blessing: Gen 12:3 And I will bless them that bless thee, and curse him that curseth thee: and in thee shall all families of the earth be blessed.

You're probably right but you actually think Romney is any better?

I don't know how good Romney would be either, but I feel confident that he wouldn't be any worse. I'm willing to take that chance and try something different. I really think Paul Ryan is a sharp dude and would get things moving in the right direction. He just seems like a common sense guy.

    Take one:
    * he refused the wear an American flag pin or say the pledge correctly
    * he dumped his own pastor, Rev Wright because (get this one...)he never heard anything he said during his sermons for over 20 years.
    * he wore an American flag pin & said the pledge "as written".
    * President Obama, in 2008, vowed that “Jerusalem will remain the capital of Israel & the US Embassy will be moved there.

    Take two:
    * his platform posse removed God & the recognition of Jerusalem in "their 2012 plans"
    * wait, now he wants God & Jerusalem in his plans for 2012.
    * the US Embassy is still in Tel Aviv, but Barrack said "i just need four more years to get things done." horn

Aw man you can't be serious. The guy is a classic Tea Party candidate. Does bipartisanship mean anything to you all in a candidate? You all blame Obama because things haven't magically been fixed from the complete shit show that was four years ago but don't put into context that more importantly Congress has been a majority of who? Republicans. There's no debating issues with the Tea Party. No country can flourish when one side is completely unwilling to work with the other. What we saw from Obama the past four years was the willingness to not just meet in the middle but almost bend over backwards for these stubborn idiots.

Tea Party Republicans at the core claim to firmly stand by the foundations this country was built on. This is a quote from Paul Ryan,

"Our founders made it really explicit. Our rights come from nature and God, and not from government,"

Now I'm not sure how much you guys learned about the Constitution, but our founding fathers explicitly condemned this exact idea left and right. I understand Obama hasn't produced the radical change he presented four years ago. But personally, I'll never be able to support a candidate who changes the ideas this country was built on in order to reduce God to someone who would support a political party over another. Because quite frankly, the Republican party thanks to Tea Baggers has been reduced to who can scream, "I love God" the loudest to get into office.

He keeps talking about lowering taxes for the middle class, who cares! I am glad the Republicans keep blocking this nonsense. There are already tons of IT, financial, medical, and engineering jobs that are not being filled now, and raising taxes on the middle class to create some jobs for those people living on the government's dime, would not bother me one bit. According to the Dems, If Romney being in office means that taxes will increase for the middle class, I could not care less. Money has to come from somewhere to create minimum wage and blue collar jobs.

You don't understand. Bi-partisanship means republicans doing what the democrats want to do. Never mind that the only way Obama bends on anything is when he is pushed against a wall and has nowhere else to go. It's the Republicans who should be more amenable to the democrats ideas. Dont you know anything? You must be a racist, jingoistic, homophobe that hates the middle class.

Taxes don't create jobs in the private sector. Never have, never will. And Romney isn't gong to raise taxes on anyone. Once again the democrats are lying.
