I thought Kizer was very good. I'll have more on him when I write my wrap-up but he was probably the top underclassman. Nothing spectacular but very solid day and he has good QB size as well.
Damian Terry also had a good day. I thought he was solid, had some good functional athleticism, never looked overwhelmed and hit his spots most of the day.

Barton,
I see Ryan Burns was a finalist at the event but didn't come away with MVP honors. How would you evaluate his performance today relative to his high rating (lived up to the hype or didn't) and what do you think his chances are of getting invited the Elite 11 Finals in California?

There are 24 guys invited to the finals so it's not like the remaining guys are fighting for 3 or 4 more spots. I do think he lived up to his rating but it was hardly a flawless day. The ball sailed on him a lot, he had a little bit of inconsistencies but he showed us much upside, as high of a ceiling as anybody there. He can really sling it with ease, doesn't take a lot of effort for him to put some juice on it. His release actually reminds me of Andrew Luck's (just his delivery, not saying he is Luck). I think as he gets coached up he'll become a special player.

The Zaire kid got robbed he has the best upswing of any of the Qb's there. Burns and morrison are good but the zaire kid was better.

Zaire was very inconsistent. He had some great moments but he also threw a few in the dirt or threw end-over-end type balls. You're not going to get MVP at a camp as talented as this one was with that kind of inconsistency. I agree that Zaire has a lot of upside though.
