You have 2 choices. Hide it and hope nobody blows the whistle on you (SEC), or tell on yourself and hope the NCAA takes it easier on you.
But, you never know how the NCAA will do their punishments because they are too inconsistent.

Could be wrong. When Saban came to Alabama, I admit I thought it was for 5-7 years and then he'd hang it up, hoping to pick up another championship along the way. Now, I would say he'll hit 10 years. All you have to go on is history. I don't blame Urban for leaving BG or Utah, those were smart moves, but leaving Florida at the first sign of adversity is hard to look past.
Florida and Texas are the best combinations of programs/facilities and recruiting bases there is. Leaving one of those two has to set off red flags. I don't care what someone says the reason was.
With that said, he should create some excitement and do well, but history is not on the side of lasting long, not did he leave his last program in great shape when he left.

I'm with you.
Hell. If Saban would have left after this last year I would have thanked the man for his time. All you can hope for is that a coach leaves you better than he found the program.
Even Tress left tOSU better than he found it regardless of the situation in which he left. Of course the program wasn't bad under Cooper either. It just wasn't as consistant. Last year would have been tough at tOSU because players were taking advantage of things. Tress screwed up, but didn't do anything probably 80% of coaches would have done.
Good man......and the more we get separated from the situation the more I feel for the guy. I also think he fell on the sword for some men above him that may have known more than what they told people. With the siutation from Youngstown St, I think he just felt he was history and just decided not to take anyone with him. I could be way off base there as well.
