Ohio re-rank spurs more change

I predicted before this class started that Ohio State would be No. 1 in the nation.

However, Michigan is off to such a fantastic start. They'd be tough to pick against at this point.

Both programs will obviously finish with talented classes.

With Urban Meyer at the control, flipping recruits from other schools has to be a major factor. Expect to see Urban & friends cruising the Midwest starting in October looking to flip one recruit after another.

Also, don't be surprised if Penn State or Illinois would make some noise. Former Auburn DC Ted Roof is now the DC at Penn State, and Billy Gonzalez (himself a former Florida assistant under Urban Meyer) formerly from Les Miles' LSU now the OC at Illinois.

The recruiting lists as you see now will look a lot different on NSD. With former SEC coaches such as Urban, Billy and Ted, flipping is not a question of if or when. It's a question of how much.

There is zero guarantee Michigan would remain the #1 class on NSD. It's a safe bet the #1 class on NSD won't be Michigan.

So what school is going to have a huge scandal that OSU can benefit from this year? Meyer might flip someone, but it will be nothing like last year.

Who is this "analzone" player you speak of? And I didn't realize you had signed all of those guys you listed.

Bosa hasn't committed yet. Neither has Smith, and he is a Notre Dame lean. Pocic hasn't committed either. He could just as easily wind up at another school.

It amazes me how stupid Ohio fans are.

true, but he wont need to...those kids chose to come play for him after they gave verbals to other schools, so its safe to say they would have come to osu if he was already the hc...

now that he is here there is no need to flip anybody, they know who the hc is and can come or not...

besides, ive never given much credence to recruiting rankings, beating your rival by x amount of points is meaningless...any school in the top 10-15 should be very happy...

osu finished ahead of um by a few points last yr, means nothing, as both had great classes...

this yr looks like um will finish ahead of osu by the same margin, again, both have great classes...
