My objective opinion about Miami's class is that it is pretty good, but not up to Miami standards, at the moment.
I like the skill positions they signed, WR RB and QB. All talented enough and coachable.
I think Miami's class is hurting on the DL, especially with what they have on the team now.

Unless we get Howard, our DB's are coming in just for depth. except for Davis. I really do believe he will be a stud.
DL is solid with Hamilton and Briscoe. But its not good.
Like I said earlier, next years class will be a lot better IMO.

But, that's a double edge sword, because the class does seem to lack the 2-3 "big-time" guys Miami normally signs.

Exactly +1. Its Goldens recruiting philosophy compared to Shannon's. There is still enough (don't worry not gonna say the S word) attitude and confidence in this class to balance out nicely with the level headed guys.

Duke was a godsend for Miami, because he is (IMO) the 1 guy that Miami was able to pull who seems like he will be a positive attitude guy but he still brings that insane talent to the table that you normally only get with big-headed guys.
But, like NoVa said, with all the sanction talk surrounding Miami you couldnt really ask for a better class.
Low key, solid group. Almost like a Virginia Tech philosophy, but with a bit more talent.
