Okay TBB, You are God: How do you design Heaven/Hell?

Just a question for funsies. You are an all-knowing, all-powerful super god (like new Wisconsin coach Gary Andersen). How do you design heaven and hell?
I'm down to two possibilities:
1. No one goes to hell, since no 1 human being can possibly cause enough suffering to warrant an infinite punishment.
2. People who do bad things go to hell, but only temporarily. In hell, they relive what they did wrong, then, once they see why they do wrong and sincerely regret the choice, they move on to the next thing they did wrong. Once they understand all their wrongs, they get moved to heaven.

"Hanoi" Jane Fonda (ask any of tBB military vets about this 1 if not familiar)
I could actually go on for a while here.
As far as heaven/hell design.....heaven="the big house" with stripper poles and SEC girls employing them. Hell="the shoe" with stripper poles and SEC girls employing them.

Hell: Same thing but the beer is warm, flat, and only Keystone, and the strippers have STDs
