Once Romney wins election, how hard is Obamacare

  • Red Goodman said...

LOL so anyone who disagrees with Obamacare is stupid? Geezus that's a cynically retarted statement.

Given that it will lower the deficit there is no fiscal or morally defensible reason to repeal it.

Frankly the only reason to do so is to get Republicans a political win. Other than that, you must just be a truly petty person to not want to help your fellow man.

In fact, studies have shown that it would be cheaper tI clothe, feed and house every homeless person in the US than to leave them on the street. They spend so much time in emergency rooms because of malnutrition and illness it costs us more than their living expenses would. Plus those living expenses would make them healthier and less susceptible to disease.

BLF, I think you are being a bit homerish. We will see in a couple of weeks, but right now I would not put a $1 on Obama winning. He is behind in the RCP electoral map (average of all of the polls). In the Gallup, Romney is ahead of where each of the winning presidents were at this time in their campaign all the way back to Carter in '76. I know I am a bit of an anti-homer here (more anti-Obama than pro-Romney), but I really don't think Obama is going to be in the Oval office after this January.

As for the senate, 42 of the GOP seats are safe, to only 37 for the Dems. The remaining ones fall under leans or toss-ups. I don't think either side will get much more than 50 and certainly not the FB proof 60, but I wouldn't bet much on a Dem setate either.

Again, these are polls which is a subset of statistics. As we all know, there are 3 kinds of lies: lies, damn lies and statistics (thank you Mark Twain). With that in mind, I wouldn't be too sure of an Obama re-election or Harry contolling the Senate come next year.

Romney is losing in Ohio and the election is coming down to who wins Ohio. I'm a Republican and hope Romney wins, but Obama at this point is most likely getting re-elected.

Whats the final verdict Hawkins because a second ago all who opposed obamacare were stupid. NOW we're petty, selfish AND stupid. I'm almost certain if you ran this country you would tax the fk out of every "hard working" American to make sure the illegal aliens, high school dropouts, baby factory mommas, the lazies, the obese and the few homeless who amazingly still have money for drugs and alcohol all got their fair share of free fkn handouts so they can live equal to if not better than the hard working middle class right. It's a rhetorical question so don't answer. I believe in helping others on my own dime and if that means I'm selfish, petty and stupid then show me the sign up list so I can add my name to it.
