I really want FSU to embarrass this team, I mean truly embarrass them. I want FSU to be up by 80 with a minute left, throwing hail marry's. F NIU and their garbage team and schedule.

One thing is for sure about this game:

FSU will look great for some ~20 minute stretch of the game. I mean great. Like, "Dang I see now why some folks thought they could play for the MNC this year" type good. Then Jimbo and EJ will combine their retardation powers like the kids on Captain Planet and FSU will spend the rest of the game going 3 yards a play and punting non-stop.

We'll win 31-24 and many fans will congratulate us as we keep calling for our seemingly very successful HC's head. Oh, to be an FSU fan.

I don't blame Jimbo, having no faith in your QB and run game will make you do things you know you shouldn't

He clearly doesn't trust EJ and that is a problem for a coach, imagine how hard calling plays would be if you have no faith in the rush and QB

I don't like Jimbo but him and this staff are the only reason FSU won 11, without them this team doesn't win more than 6 imo

I wont argue it. I knew EJ was dog shit. Hell me and you went to war this summer because I said I'd take Logan Thomas over him all day. I was right about EJ, just turned out you were right and they both blew copious amounts of _____.

EJ is the shittiest good QB ever. We will never see another guy that's so close to "greatness" yet never be "very good".

I hope if I have a son he turns out like EJ. No doubt. But I wouldn't cheer for FSU next year if he was returning. Couldn't bare it.

Whats gonna be fun is now that ESPN owns basically all the rights to NCAA football they will be able to manipulate the playoff system some how.

Our QBs will always look like that under Jimbo: just some worse than others. Playing QB for Jimbo is the opposite of freedom. They always make mistakes and then come off the field and you can tell Jimbo is asking them Calculus 2 questions and they are just like, "I got steps 1-98 right but 99 tripped me up" and he yells at them to go sit down.

Ponder played the same way but got past it more than EJ did because CP was more calm under pressure. I think.

EJ was confused by the offense right up and through his fifth year in it AND is scared pee'less of people trying to tackle him. Bad combo/

Im not curbing my expectations on him, the little I have seen of him looks so god damn promising

He is easily the best QB prospect I have seen at FSU in terms of how he projects at the next level and the weapons he is gonna have is nothing short of too many

Im also eager to see Winston this spring, cause if he battles him it will only bring out the best in both

If nothing comes of these 2, then Jimbo clearly sucks.... but Im giving him that final chance, these next 2 seasons will truly define Jimbo and if he is the guy for FSU

This is not going to end well. The only reason they're even in the top 16 is because this is such a shit year for college football in general. My lord, I've never seen anything like it.

Only reason Clint starts is if the rest of the O develops like its capable and we literally make the QB decision based on decision making and consistency as the lone two factors. Basically Jimbo's balls retract and he simply decides Clint is his JP Wilson.

This thread goes to proove that even if FSU wins by 21, they could not win with this game. You get no credit for a victory, and laughs if you lose. Same thing goes for UF vs. Louisville, and some of the other BCS matchups.
