Oregon Football in 2013

  • Seriously, how bad do they fall off

Personally I think they totally suck next year aside from their 50 point first half run ups against teams nobody has ever heard of

Chip leaves which will hurt even though I think Chip is an idiot and a cheater ( thank god he chose the Eagles )

Even though Kiffin blows too USCw is in the early stages of reloading that roster to the form of something that pisses all over Oregon as it should be

Mario'ta is just female, anybody that thinks otherwise doesn't understand manhood very well.... one maybe two good hits on him and he will fold.... aka Bama, FSU, UF, LSU.... you know, a real defense.... they would just murder that poor kid by halftime

DAT is just a little girl lets face it, I mean.... come on..... he makes cute highlights against Colorado but put a real defense on the field and he is totally worthless.... lolz at this dude not playing CB.... hope he enjoys a 2 year NFL career unless he switches

Im going with 3 maybe 4 losses despite a cake walk schedule

You and him could never get to me, I just think Oregon will suck for the foreseeable future

Not that you haven't been anything already besides a gimmick that runs up the score on weaklings

What does being here 27 months have to do with it ? roflmao

Oregon won't be good next year, you can try and homer this thread with reasons why not but clearly you can't cause you are probably nervous as hell for next year

USCw is the only team that plays football out west historically, everybody else sucks

Stanford is making some noise though, didn't they beat you last year ?

  • Stanford takes the PAC12 again, IMO.

USC is a couple of years and a coach away still, IMO as well.

The next few years in LA between USC and fUCLA could be interesting in the South.

I definitely agree with you that Oregon will be on the decline in the near future, especially with Stanford (along with the normal big boys) joining the sweepstakes on West Coast players

However, I think Oregon is at 10-2 next year. They will drop one to Stanford/USC/UCLA, and I could see another loss somewhere on the schedule

Bottom line is a team in Oregon will never be able to consistently compete nationally at the level they have the past 4 years, but it's too soon to expect them to return to the pack

as an Irish fan, I'm really scared of Stanford.

    - Education is best in the country
    - Great Product on the field
    - Weather
    - California recruiting base

If they can keep winning for a couple more years, and they get an actual fanbase, the only thing any school has over them is tradition

I would agree with you for the most part....although once USC is able to take a full class again and if UCLA returns to quazi-elite status that will hurt some of Stanford's recruiting, IMO.

When you look back over time, most of Stanford's success coincides with 2 out of the 3 of USC, UCLA, and Washington being down. Recently, I guess Oregon has been a much bigger player than Washington, but over history, those are the 3 programs that have decided things.

And women. Kind of a big deal.

If Cal had a competent head coach they'd dominate the North division.
