I think you have not watched him enough. Lee is as elite as any of those guys. Harvin and Bush of course were better out of the backfield, but neither are as good outside.

I have seen Harvin, Warrick and Bush do ten times the amount of amazing shit Lee has done

Not at that age, but Lee isn't there yet so maybe next year and the year after he comes into this kind of player

Right now he isn't, you clearly haven't watched others enough

Lot of great football players out there, saying Lee is hands down the most impressive is something I can't do at the moment

The fact a USCw fan can doesn't surprise me at all... and knowing its you, the guy that ITT tried to say Toledo was an impressive win...... the guy who had UCLA and Arizona ranked in his polls, UCLA as high as 5 at one point lol.... well Im going to have to just disregard your opinion on the matter

What I see today is a number of WR's with Lee's ability, they just don't have the QB or play in the offense where they get 20 passes a game

Lee is great, but a hands down best player in america ? please man

There are very few who earn that title for me, Warrick, Bush, Harvin... Tebow and Young

Lee is great, but he isn't on these guys levels where its just obvious

Look, I know everything there is to know about being an irrational fan-boy. My all-time favorite CFB players are Darian Hagan and Amp Lee. But the two most electric players I have ever seen in my life were Bush and Tim Brown. Point is, I know the difference in caliber.

Lee IMO is rapidly moving towards the Bush category. I called bullshit on this very premise just last week on the SC board btw. But it's becoming harder to refute. The dude is uncoverable. QB play or offense? The only reason Lee isn't averaging 400 yards a game is BECAUSE of the offense. Ask SC fan how they feel about the bubble screen. I'm telling you Lee has the Warrick/Harvin factor. Next year he's going to make Wittek look like a god.

Do I think he's on the same level as those other guys yet? No. But saying he's the best player in football right now isn't really a stretch. Look at the Heisman race. It's a complete joke.

  • I agree with most of that, still think for this season its a stretch

Nobody can cover Watkins either, Benjamin either but KB's QB blows at the deep ball

I have to agree that Lee is better then Watkins. If Lee wasn't playing in the game last Saturday Oregon would've won by at least thirty. Our DB's could not touch him. I know Noles, thr Ducks DB's suck, but Lee is clearly thr most talented WR in CFB. Only issue with him I have is he gets the dropsies sometimes, but when you are getting passed to 85% of the time you're bound to drop a few.

He's also only a sophmore so he's only going to get better which is scarey. The kid is a serious playmaker. Woods has been projected as a first round pick and a top three receiver in the draft next year and Lee is on a different level then Woods. Our CB Mitchell did a pretty damn good job of shutting Woods down, but we had no answer for Lee. ND is going to learn this soon enough.
