The NBA needs to contract Charlotte and Milwaukee IMO. I agree about Orlando though. I honestly think they've just been very unlucky. Orlando is actually a nice sized market, great area to live and no income tax. But their two star players had huge personalities to go with their talent and they basically both had to go to LA or NYC. While Shaq stayed super popular till the end of his career Dwight has turned into one of the bigger tools in pro sports both were just too big for Orlando.
If they could draft a Tim Duncan everything turns around.
