Our Refs In the SEC

Absolutely suck. We may have the best athletes in the nation; but our refs are ignorant. I blame this om Mike Slive - we deserve much better. Although Bama fan, I'm watching Tennessee vs Missouri; it's incomprehensible how ill prepared the referees are

collegiate refs just blow in general, there is a reason they aren't reffing on sundays

Personal foul call for "hit above the shoulders" on swearinger today was ridick. He put a shoulder in guys chest...
swearinger got a pick 6 next play....and threw ball into the stands lol.

In the Miami vs. UVA game today, the refs called a personal foul on an unknown player.
The ref honestly said "Personal Foul on an unknown player. 15 yard penalty. First Down."

Nothing can compete with the how terrible the Pac12 refs are.
At least the SEC refs help the good SEC teams win.

NCAA should regulate and train all the refs. There is TOOOOOOOO much "ambiguity" with refs these days.
You can't tell me some of them have NOT thrown games too. Even with replay, they still get calls wrong.

Last night? You're effin nuts. Personal foul on Bama against Swope (which I agree with) but what about the hit on Lacy? That was a definite helmet to helmet. Several favorable spots for aTm that weren't even reviewed (like when Johnny went out of bounds on the left sideline with the ball in his left hand).
Alabama didn't deserve to win due to turnovers and penalties, but they most definitely didn't get all the calls.

PSU has went 17 straight quarters without having one holding call in our favor. Our front 7 has three guys who will be drafted highly this year and others who will be drafted in the coming years. I don't know how that's even possible.

Same thing happens to us frequently. There was one play yesterday where Clowney was pulled to the ground by his jersey in front of the ref and it wasn't called.

That's because every non Bama fan was rooting against Bama.
Honestly I didn't think the reffing was bad at all in that game. No refs will be perfect, they might have missed a few minor calls (I saw 80% of game nothing egregious) but they were for the most part solid.
