You will still look retarded
And I think you were unfairly punished in terms of how the NCAA handled it, but when you allowed what PSU allowed and you actually fight your conviction... you look like pathetic assholes and most judges will laugh in your face or in the face of any appeal you can muster up
Sorry brah, but america continues to laugh at you, and if by some miracle you win a lawsuit years from now.... the damage to your program will be over and done with
So good luck, at best you will accomplish nothing at all

I didn't mean you personally, my bad
Im saying you as in Penn State
PSU looks like babies fighting the sanctions imo, you should worry more about moving on and not rehashing something that you feel was unfairly handled
In the end, all that Penn State fans will realize is those responsible for the appeal did nothing but wasted a bunch of money for nothing

Penn state isn't challenging the sanctions, the commonwealth of Pennsylvania is. PSU's board of trustees released a statement basically saying thanks but no thanks regarding the lawsuit, but the suit is the only way that Corbett can get re-elected and he knows it.

Miami really is getting what they deserve. I do think as many times as they have been slapped on the wrist the last 10 years that they drop the hammer on Miami. Miami should be one of those universities with a proud tradition instead carries a lot of black eyes. It is time to send them to the house.

I know, the university would never win so they are trying a different route
Either way whoever it is will lose and lots of money will go to waste
Didn't know about the re-election part, and that makes it even more ridiculous
Miami's appeal will be equally as worthless imo

You are just like everybody else that has taken on the NCAA.... you lose, then cry foul play.... like everybody else pretty much
The NCAA has been under the gun time and time again, and everybody has hated them for years.... guess what ? they are still standing and if you think you two cheating, raping, and vastly corrupt football programs will stand up to them and win ? well you might want to check history and let reality smack you in the face a couple times
As for Miami, you gotta love Shalala taking shit about unprofessional actions when the bitch has pictures of herself taking checks from convicted felon ponzi schemers
way to go you troll looking ass bitch, you did nothing but piss them off further and strengthen their resolve
I hate the NCAA more than most, but lolz at people thinking you can stand up to them and win, especially Miami.... who is obviously public enemy #1

The state of PA has plenty more money than the NCAA. Corbett isn't the only politician from PA pressing the NCAA. I can easily see the penalties being lessened(not eliminated) by the NCAA instead of them taking the chance of losing their power.
Back to Corbett, he is a POS and a crook, but he's not far from being an evil genius. He didn't prosecute Sandusky as the AG, he collected funds from board members of the 2nd Mile during the Sandusky investigation(at minimum that's a clear conflict of interest). Then he got Joe(who wouldn't endorse him) ousted by attending his first ever BOT meeting since he became Governor, and preaching that Joe should be terminated immediately. Now he's trying to gain back the PSU vote by trying to get the sanctions lessened.
