  • Adam Schefter just reported that Banner is not interested in a coach looking for a second chance such as McDaniels. He is looking to institute a total culture change, and his short list of candidates include college coaches Chip Kelly, Bryan Kelly, and Bill O Bryan .smoke

    Yeah, it didn't resemble the other pathetic trolling attempts by OSU fans at all. Not like OSU fans have been doing the same thing to Bama fans about Saban and the Browns. And if you're being serious then wait until he's hired.

  • It's a fair question as his name has come up in legit reports. Odds are he's not going anywhere as he has a huge buyout and most likely will have very little interest in Cleveland and Philly due to the QB situation. He turned down the jaguars last season because they just didn't have a QB to build around. The browns and eagles are in the same situation. Also, if its about money he won't get any more in Cleveland or Philly then he will in state college.

    As far as a coach, just watch the patriots. Gerund the exact same offense. He LOVES to utilize the TEs. As patriot offensive coordinator his team far an away led NFL with catches by TEs and PSU this year far and away led nation with catches by TEs. He runs a balanced attack but certainly loves the passing game. He seems to have a great understanding of the QB positions and developing QBs. Did wonders with Matt McGloin. Problem in. The NFL is you can't win a championship without and elite QB 95 percent of the time. BOB clearly knows taking an NFL position in Cleveland or Philly probably has him looking for a new job in 5 years. If the draft had a high end QB I'd be now concerned.

    I am a huge PSU and Eagles fan. Losing O'Brieb would kill PSU football because he's a good coach, the free agency period and the recruiting class. I think there's VeRY little chance he leaves.
