Pat Forde leaves ESPN for Yahoo

This according to his Twitter. Interesting. Forde doesn't bother me nearly as much as he bothers most people, but I do find it interesting whenever anyone leaves the Mother Ship. It will be intriguing to see how he changes in the future.

Did he officially make the switch? I know he made a statement that he was leaving a couple weeks ago. He made some statements about the LHN and ESPN's conflict of interests in several topics and that he couldn't talk about many things while with them. I imagine he opens up heavily with Yahoo

He switched his handle to yahooforde and said that he is starting at Yahoo today (11/1/11).

Yahoo seems to be the last bastion of legitimate sports investigative reporting, no surprise Forde wants to be a part of that instead of the ideology machine in Connecticut.

Yep...Feldman was good though and I'm glad he left too. Anyone remember Trev Alberts and knows what he's doin these days?
