I just think that maybe our "sides" are switched.
There could be a video of paterno telling everyone to "lay-off old jerry"... because "Well, I don't want to ruin anyones weekend" (well, except the 10 year old boys getting raped..they probably didn't have many good weekends in good old happy valley)...and the psu lemmings would still think that paterno is getting treated unfairly.
The fact that sue paterno is putting out her own report is hilarious. The fact that people will take it seriously is sad.

Well, obviously, that is a loaded question. If it is about Paterno, then no, of course not. If it is about PSU or the PSU administration, yeah, maybe (if it takes the blame off of Paterno). But hey, Freeh was supposed to do some kind of crazy investigative work, so we should expect nothing right?
I said earlier in this thread, I'm going into this expecting nothing. If something has merit, it should be addressed. If it doesn't, it will come off looking like BS. I'm comfortable with that... I'm not sure why others aren't as well.

I'm sorry, but that's ludicrous.
The number of times I've seen "popular" posters on here get away with much worse than that is ridiculous. As a mod, it's your job to either enforce the rules equally, or not at all. Threatening to ban a PSU poster because you're in an argument with him when so much other stuff is ignored is pretty much the definition of an abuse of power.
