    No, there is a policy. Emmert will reference it in his sanctions. The policy has always been there, but it has never been used to sanction anyone.

    Whatever comes out tomorrow might include some portion of a present policy,but it will definitely be something new.

    Have you been paying attention? People who were in the NCAA and those who deal with sports law are saying that this is not LOIC as per the NCAA rulebook.

    -Holding a vigil for the victims (2 days after the riots, and had over 10k people participate in it, 5 times as many people who were in the "riot")
    -Alumni raised over $500k in less than a month for child abuse charities
    -PSU donated bowl money to child abuse charities
    -PSU started a child abuse center
    -PSU offered counseling to all victims and their families
    -PSU fired everyone involved including a legendary HC and president (both of whom were not charged with anything) within days of Sandusky being charged

    To say that we aren't doing things to BS. You don't know about them because you don't care to know. You would rather focus on the vast minority having a "riot" than you would about what we have done to help.

    Took whats the most pure thing in the world. A young impressionable boy and stripped his innocence from him. Then lied and covered it up. And called themselves Leaders of Men. Paraded around as moral pillars.

    Sickening. Lesson #1 for Men. Be accountable for your actions.

    3 students gaurded the statue, and if you READ THE INTERVIEW WITH THEM, they said that they wanted the school to determine when it would come down, not vandals.

    The "riot" happened before any facts were out (and all the rioters were college students). Like I said, 2 days later 5 times as many people held a vigil to show their support.

    We are talking about football sanctions so it is about football. Like I said, if you don't care about what we are doing off the field for child abuse, then don't even talk to me about it. You are being unreasonable to just dismiss our actions.

    Let me remind you, I had as much to do with what happened as you did.

    Would post screen shot, but I'm on my phone and its a hassle. It involves football shut down for a year, loss of scholarships, 2 year TV ban, bowl ban, can opt to go FCS until ready to return to FBS... a lot of stuff. Who knows how valid it is.
