  • If he is ready to work and is healthy he is great...but that isn't the Percy that has been available for a long long time...and if he was that guy the Vikings wouldn't be letting him go

  • Russell Wilson is already writing notes and putting them in Percy's locker. Seems like the rich get richer here. Good pickup for the Seahawks.

  • Another top Minnesota WR headed to Seattle. If Rice and Harvin could stay healthy, the 'Hawks and 49ers are gonna run the NFC West for years to come.

^^^^^The above is very true...that idiotic RB that I will not name, left Percy hanging on his official. Not that that would have made a difference, he wanted to be a Gator.

Well, Pete got him now, and Percy couldn't ask for a better HC and fun guy...the real deal.

Don't know much about this, but I know the kid has migraines, legal weed would really help him out. Why not let him smoke?

The Vikings WR depth chart looks like this Jerome Simpson, Jarius Wright, Stephen Burton and Devin Aromashodu.

  • Hate to see him go, when healthy he's one of the more electric players in the League.. but given that the Viking's options were:

    A. To keep him for the final year in his rookie contract and hope he stays healthy, then have him leave as a free agent and get nothing in return

    or

    B. Trade him this off-season and likely get a 1st round pick and possibly more

I'd say they are making the right move. Clearly they need to address bringing in some receivers both in free-agency and in the draft.

  • Harvin's talent isn't worth all the bs that he brings with him, Vikings got the better end of this deal IMO. He was going to be a cancer in that locker room and they got a 1st round pick for him.

They'll use one of their 1st on a WR and probably sign one of the the 2nd tier FAs. Wright looked to be emerging by the end of the season too.

Maybe if the kid is happier, in a fun and positive atmosphere>>>>>fewer health issues, and a better teammate.

    according to rotoworld.

seems a little odd since he was on pace to catch over 100 passes. hell he was ponder's only weapon for the first half of the season and got the ball a ton. i think they were giving him something like 20 touches or more a game which is pretty nuts for a receiver. i just dont think he got along with frazier and the front office. something tells me they were going to lowball him on his contract. definately wasnt getting paid what he should have been getting

vikings should be ok if they make smart picks. if they grab keenan allen and then justin hunter they should be ok. hell they could acquire revis and still draft a 1st round receiver. that trade might work for them and it definately wont hurt from a cap perspective. harvin is gonna command big bucks on his next contract

exactly. kid is a hell of a talent but hes a pain in the ass.

i think randy moss rubbed off on him when they were on the team together. he needed to have a positive influence from a veteran as a young guy and got randy moss instead. only way it could have been worse is if he played with TO

He was a problem in high school, so I can't blame Moss.

He does play hard though and loves to win. Seattle might be good for him.
