I'm still pissed that I missed out on seeing Dallas Braden's perfect game in person. I was going to Just about every Trevor Cahill and Brett Anderson start thinking we would have an elite pitching rotation for years to come, so much for that.

I didn't cry, but I wasn't right for a week. I felt so bad for him. People are saying that it's nobodies who pitch perfect games. That's what's so great about it. You can be a nobody. A journeyman. But one game can immortalize you. I don't think there's anything else like it in sports. Perhaps an amateur winning the US Open?

Braden's grandmother raised Dallas and was in attendance. Agree though, it would be a great 2 hours of TV.
