Good thinking. Let's wait for him to commit mass murder on innocent people and law enforcement and then we can punish him accordingly. And by accordingly, I mean let him go to trial and sit in a jail cell for years while awaiting execution. All while the tax payers dollars foot the bill. You should run for office.

Here's the issue. He isn't thinking normally. It's not his fault that chemicals in his brain flow differently than yours. Normal people don't wake up and decide to plot murders. Treat the disease, not the symptom. If you don't have it in your heart to see past the disease and see that maybe there's a boy who needs medical treatment, you need to change the way you're thinking.

No, you're using it as an excuse. I don't care if people are "sick" when they commit murder, they deserve to be punished like anyone else, not get a pass because of an excuse. The people killed, do they get to be "rehabilitated?"
If God dwells inside us, like some people say, I sure hope He likes enchiladas, because that's what He's getting

Clearly you didn't get the whole rehabilitory aspect of psychology. Put them in a group home, not a damn prison. Take a schizo off the street, hire a group worker and a psychologist to work with him, but don't take away his right to life because his brain doesn't function. You wouldn't tell someone in a wheelchair to fuck off because he can't use his legs.

Dude, are you serious?! It's not a excuse you dipshit. Do you tell your son to stop being a pussy when you beat him too? Maybe the kid in the wheelchair should have to run the mile in school with his legs? Is that an excuse that he can't use his legs because of a disease? IT'S THE SAME THING WITH THE BRAIN. Treat the organ that isn't functioning. His thinking won't change because he's in prison.
