First off, you assume because the Libertarian party capitalizes the L, it supercedes all other uses and it more important?
Libertarianism, like almost all other political affiliations/personal beliefs etc., aren't set in stone and can be found along a spectrum etc.
You can think they are, but that doesn't make it so.

I got Jill Stein with 89%, Obama with 78%, and Gary Johnson with 76%. Seems pretty accurate to me. I consider myself to be somewhat of a libertarian but I do have disagreements with libertarians when it comes to the economy and healthcare.
