Jacksonville is easy to negotiate.
Don't like the city but easy to drive about.
LA and Dallas weren't bad either.
I laugh at the Beltway and Houston drivers.
I'd have to smoke up to drive there everyday.

I'll have to see evidence that it is worse than northern virginia. I have been on Baltimore and Washington roadways and both are terrible but northern virginia takes the cake. You cant avoid the traffic. One sunday night my family drove from Charlottesville, VA (central va) to Baltimore and in NOVA it took us about 2 hours at 10. On a sunday night!!!!

from 6-9 am and 4-7 pm its a madhouse. even the HOV lanes are filled. and the rest of the time, it seems that they always have road work.

I never said that it was worse than northern Viriginia. I have no idea if it is or isn't. I just know that the traffic is terrible.
