    either 4-8 or 5-7. I think they are doing good if they can pull off a 6th or 7th win. They could pull out a win against either Miss st or clemson other than that i dont see anymore wins. They will be lucky to go 2-3 those first 5 games.

    It's just a prediction. Sort of like P. Marshall predicting Bama to finish 4th last year in the SEC West.

    5-7 wasn't that far off last year considering AU went 7-5 in the regular season pulling a miracle out of their butt to beat Utah St., stopping MSU on a goalline stand at the 1 yard line, winning a close one against USCjr, and catching UF after they were decimated by injuries.

    (+4) they should take the cupcake games vs La-Mo,OleMiss,N.Mx.St,& A-A&M.

    (+3) at that juncture the Barn needs to pull a 50/50 split vs Clemson,MSU,Vandy,&
    Tx A&M*.

    but for the sake of staying w/ the "3rd time under Cjiz" theme, i'll give em 3 of the 4.
    7-5 is possible if they can start 3-0.

    Our defense will be light years ahead of last years and our offense will control the clock.

    I still predict 4 losses but we should be in every game.

  • I personally think you will be better than last year although the record may not show it. That team last year was not your average 7-5 team IMO. I think the team last year was really more akin to a 5-7/6-6 team but just happened to catch a lot of breaks in close games. If I were setting the bar this year I would probably set it at 7.5.

    Do you not have cable. If you knew anything about AU you would know whats differ from last yr to now..Listening to the games with a radio (radio only) is the thing of the past.

    Sure no problem..Pretty simple.. BVG...Defense will be light years better ( experience, talent, and scheme) offense will control the clock ( running game will be stellar and Blake). If FRazier plays like he's suppose to, this could be a exciting yr..and kicking game will be stellar as always.
