This is a stage Alabama is accustomed to being on, and the Crimson Tide have been at their best in marquee games under Saban. They are 3-1 against nationally ranked teams this season and have won nine of their past 11 games against nationally ranked foes. Georgia, on the other hand, has faced just two nationally ranked teams this season. The Bulldogs beat Florida 17-9 and lost to South Carolina 35-7. Georgia has struggled the past few seasons against nationally ranked opponents, losing eight of its last 11 games to teams ranked in the Top 25. The win over Florida on Oct. 27 was Georgia’s first win against a top-10 opponent since the 2009 season and its first win against an SEC team ranked in the top 10 since beating No. 9 Florida 42-30 in 2007---ESPN's Chris Low

Shouldn't have beaten Florida this year either.

Hey we tried our darndest to give UF the game (see Aaron Murray)... shrug I guess you can be mad at UF for that.

Ya'll might of had a chance vs. them. shrug

  • Talking smack to the fans of the team that destroyed you this year and has owned your ass the last 3...no. You guys are the epitome of pathetic. You are like Uncle Rico, 2nd string QB never good enough to win, but "I bet I can throw a football over them mountains" lol

    Texas A&M

That's it? "Texas A&M?" That's all ya got? We didn't get bent right over on the road. In our toughest road game, we led 14-3 and made plays in the 2-min offense to get it done.

In your toughest game, you played like a bunch of vag's and weren't even competitive.

But none of that matters now. People had a chance to bury us and didn't. And when you don't bury us, that usually comes back to bitecha. If we throw our best punch, we'll beat y'all soft asses into the turf.

Shouldn't have beaten Florida this year either.

Chris Low is an idiot. When VanGorder left UGA at the end of 2004, our defense started to go downhill fast. (Usually averaged around 15 points under VanGorder, but with Willie, it went up each year until the high water mark of 26 or so in 2009.) We replaced Willie Martinez in 2010, and our defense has returned back to around 17 points allowed this year.

Frankly, our team stunk in 2010 and obviously you are going to not beat top 25 teams in those years. Bama was 2-7 against top 25 teams from 2006 to 2007, and won the national championship in 2008 (no wait, they lost to Florida in the SEC championship and then to Utah in the Sugar Bowl.)

Who cares how UGA did in 2010 against ranked opponents? We didn't have Gurley/Jarvis Jones/Malcom Mitchell/John Jenkins/etc. and we were installing the 3-4 defense.

  • 21-17 UGA.. Alabama doesn't have a great pass rusher which is UGA's biggest weakness. At least I hope I'm right b/c im betting the farm on UGA..

You're right but it's a damn good indicator of the type of coach and QB you have. Neither of which have proven to be capable of playing with the big boys....next.

Bama fans and the whole nation needs to get their head out of their asses.

Texas A&M's list of most impressive wins (outside of Bama)

Beat Miss St by 25, 38-13 (and Miss St beat Jackson St, Auburn, Tenn, Troy, South Alabama, Kentucky, Middle Tennessee State, and Arkansas)
Beat Ole Miss by 3, 30-27
Beat LA Tech by 2, 59-57

Manziel looked hopeless after Florida adjusted in the 2nd half, and looked hopeless all game versus LSU.

Bama is going to lose by two touchdowns and go to the Chick-fil-A bowl, while UGA wins the national championship and Manziel wins the Heisman solely because he beat the vaunted Bama team.
