Question for other nd foes?

  • We hardly ever have other teams we play post on our board and when they do they ask questions on where to eat or tailgate. But damn nd fan has come over and tried to shove how important they are down our throats citing TV ratings, history and how relevant they are compared to us. Do they invade every coming opponents home board or just ours because we haven't played in awhile. If you need a laugh you will definitely get it out of both fan bases. Come on over you will either laugh your ass off or shake your head on how pathetic it is on both sides.

  • Some of them have came over to our board and talked academic smack talk when we are after the same prospects or before we played in the bowl game last year. The only Notre Dame fan that has come over to our board without talking smack is star.

  • I know when I go to other boards, I don't start sh*t. I go there for conversations and that usually turns into people starting some friendly trash talking. No big deal. Sometimes you get people, on both sides, that start making things personal towards others. Then people get all pissed off. If you think things were bad with IrishImpact, you should have seen the MSU board. Those guys even turn on their own. Can't let one guy ruin it for a whole fan base. Take a deep breathe OUInsiders. I'm sure it was all for fun. Then again, maybe not. Who knows. shrug

  • I must say I've never seen two trolls cause such a fuss so quickly. I'm guessing OU site isn't use to getting trolled, from outsiders. Sorry about that Sooners. Best of luck to you guys Saturday I have a feeling that you guys might enjoy our board late Saturday night if this game goes how I think it will. Next year will be a different story though.

    I have no idea why any Sooner should complain about trolls...jesus christ, we had to deal with those fools for the entire season before the 2005 NC game.

    They said our "soft Cali boys" didn't know how to play football, "bunch of sprout-eating, fag surfers..." on and on. Their players were talking a bunch of trash too. There was some guy named Ooner Sooner, or something like that, that kept talking about Adrian Peterson's "black velvety skin."

    I hope you get to keep a melt down like this forever and ever....and years of enjoyment. lol

  • Like most fanbases, the more victories the team runs off, the more bravado the fans exhibit. Knock them off their tenuous little perch and they'll simmer down.

    You have to remember, this is the first year in a LOOOoooooooooonnnnnggggg time that the Irish have been able to squawk about anything.
