Assault: Neighbor kicked my dog in the face and I put him in the hospital.

One misdemeanor and they are still talking about the felony. It will be an Alabama C felony if it sticks but with my book I'll do some kind of time either way.

Hate crime and race has nothing to do with this. My past record does but nothing else. I'm white and I beat the fvck out a white dude.

Someone kicked his dog, ratt fv(ked him up. Someone fv(ked with his dad, ratt fv(ked him up even though his dad was at fault....but still. I don't think he should be in trouble at all but i was raised in a time where a man should be a man.

I remember reading about the dropped charge but you still don't kick a man's dog and expect no repercusions. I understand you "should have" gone a different route, but it was what it was. I would have reacted the same probably. Hopefully the judge is a dog person and will be leniant.

I think I explained it on the LNC so I'll give you a pass and just tell it.

My ex (or at least soon to be) wife and myself were holding a neighborhood party for July 4th I think last year. Well I raise pit bulls and one of them came up to one of my neighbors and was begging for some meat. My dogs have a tendency to jump on you but they would never hurt you if I'm there and dude was drunk and got pissed.

Well he proceeded to kick my dog in the fvcking face which made him whimper and shallow and I snapped. I ran over and began fighting the guy and ended up putting him in the hospital. I beat him so bad that it made the fvcking news.

Anyway, I'm still facing assualt charges on that one that my lawyer is trying to get the felony dropped. He thinks he has it dropped one day and doesn't know jack dick the next.

Serious question Ratt, who's gonna take care of your family while you're gone 6months-2years?

I never said that I was innocent or anything like that anywhere in this thread.

I'll get what is coming to me for not training my dogs better. He shouldn't have kicked my dog in the face but I shouldn't have taken it as far either.

I have never tried to make an excuse for myself in this thread. I'll do my time and it's over with.
