  • Don't know jack about the NFL so just went with it. Had the last pick in a 12 person league...

    QB Philip Rivers, SD QB
    RB Marshawn Lynch, Sea RB
    RB Fred Jackson, Buf RB
    WR Andre Johnson, Hou WR
    WR A.J. Green, Cin WR
    TE Fred Davis, Wsh TE
    FLEX Stevan Ridley, NE RB
    D/ST 49ers D/ST D/ST
    K Stephen Gostkowski, NE K

Bench Mark Ingram, NO RB P
    Bench Mario Manningham, SF WR
    Bench Daniel Thomas, Mia RB
    Bench Sam Bradford, StL QB
    Bench Randy Moss, SF WR

  • Pretty solid team. Bench is real weak so everyone must stay healthy but you did a great job in the draft. I would say a 8 out of 10 just due to your bench. I would be searching wavier wire every week to find some sleepers. And I would drop Moss for someone like Amendola, K. Wright, Blackmon.

  • Yeah. I filled my team w/ the kicker and ingram then auto-drafted the rest. Maybe Randy is a sleeper!!

  • I like it, but why draft a Kicker so early? Do they score more points in your league than any others?

solid QB, really good RBs, WRs and TE plus #1 D last year

I agree your bench is pretty weak, if you can play anyone at the flex position I would put in Sam Bradford over Ridley

QBs score a lot more points than RBs, especially RBs in a Belichick offense

not saying Sam will score you a whole lot of points, just more than Ridley would

you need to go to the waiver wire and get some other players if available, pick up Russell Wilson if he's not taken yet

Well that was like the only position i didnt have and i figured if i had the pick, might as well get the best one out there since thats a position that's going to play every week. No fantasy expert by any means

    farlow7

  • I can get him. Who would you drop?

    farlow7

  • you have 2 SF WRs, drop Moss

how many bench slots do you have, just 5?

Are you assuming that a QB could play in my flex spot? I dont believe they can under the way we have our league set up. So would is there a point into having 3 QBs?

that was my question...I'd still grab Wilson at this point, keep Sam B unless you can pick up a solid player at another position

Look on the waiver wire for the following guys:

    Doug Martin
    Rashard Mendenhall
    Isaac Redman
    Justin Blackmon
    Alshon Jeffrey
    Brian Quick
    Kendall Wright
    Eric Decker
    Kenny Britt

These are guys I would look for to add to my team, if not now in the next few weeks

other than Redman, Jeffrey, Quick and Wright I would add the other guys immediately...would be upgrades from your bench

Solid list of FA. I doubt Martin, Decker, or Britt would still be there. If so, then greensooner is right, grab immediately.

  • Ok. Switched R wilson for Moss and Mendenhall for Daniel Thomas. Bench looks like this...

    R Wilson
    S Bradford
    M Ingram
    R Mendenhall
    M Manningham

    Would you drop anyone else?

    farlow7

  • I wouldnt have Wilson and Bradford unless your league lets u play a QB in the flex.

Yeah flex is just TE,WR, and RB. Which QB would you rather have?

    Wilson has more upside.

I'd hold onto them both and if they do well this week, try to sell high on at least one of them

good trade bait if you can get some good quality out of them in a trade

personally I'd rather have Wilson due to his running for fantasy scoring but Bradford just might become a solid QB this year in fantasy and someone will want to have him as their QB, if you find anyone on the list I gave earlier and you're unsure of who to drop then I'd drop Sammy B.

It's kinda hard to tell what kind of QB he's going to be til we get a couple weeks in but someone always is willing to pay, you gotta find the people who are willing to make those trades...they are out there
