No, it is not. Ask anyone who has actually been there that's not an MSU fan, and you'll get the truth! Certain fans (Bulldogs and Hogs among others) are just upset that the Rebels are building something that will things very difficult for them in the near future! By the way, this is coming from an MSU graduate that is a DIE HARD REBEL!!!!!!

The current Student Body President is African American if that tells you anything. There was no riot and Ole Miss is not racist. Ole Miss is one of the most accepting places I have been too Anywhere in the nation!

And yet we have another story full of allegations. Can you tell me, did anything become of the investigations on these "racial attacks"? The media and others love to try and paint the South, especially the University of Mississippi, in a negative light and it is something they will have to fight for decades. Because of its past it was probably warranted up to a point, but no other school in the country has done a better job of trying to rid itself of a racist image. Go visit it for yourself, why don't you, then maybe you can make an informed decision.
