He was 260-265 in 2011 and 280-290 in 2012. He's growing into a DT as he wasn't as explosive as an edge rusher with the additional weight. Still a great prospect but not the best prospect in 25 years hyperbole that I was reading this summer.

I agree he may play DT in college. However, I disagree on the explosiveness. Go watch the film, Opposing QBs only held the ball for a second. They ran plays away from him. Not saying he had as good a year as previous, but I don’t think it was from lack for explosiveness.

You might be right but I saw him play in-person in the State Championship last year and he was beating 2x-3x team blocks. North Gwinnett blocked him pretty effectively last week [as North Gwinnett beat Grayson 28-10] in 1 on 1 match-ups with the LT and RT [as Nkemdiche was switching up all along the DL]. Last year I thought he was in the class of Clowney.....this year I say he's not remotely close to Clowney.
Interested to see if he gets re-assigned a different rank score. Again, he's a great prospect but I find it hard to believe you are the best prospect in 25 years but 3rd-4th on his own team in sacks in 2012. Just cause for concern when production declines as it did this year as he got similar blocking attention last year. Complacency? Perhaps.
I hope he maximizes his potential and ends up the #1 overall draft pick.

So "Bama is doing so well" is your opinion on the matter. I agree they are but to act like their class is head and shoulders above someone like LSUs is just ludicrous. I would actually say that they are pretty even but again we are going back to opinions.
