    Yea, real curbstomp job last yr. With that late game gift pick and terrible clock management to gift you guys the game... And who even cares about our D if we are going to speak in the context of a UVA-VT football game. Thomas is terrible. Straight up. Had Wilson to protect him in 2011. Now what? I luv Coleman, think he can really play, but he's not a 20-25 carry back at this point. And Holmes, I'm from H'burg, love the kid, but he's not capable of keeping a def. honest--no big-play ability---another Tony Gregory. Who you gonna throw to?? D'mitri Knowles?? Dude is like Usain Bolt in the celebrity All-Star B-ball game....great straight line speed, but avg. hand and no wiggle after the catch. Half the kids playing in our secondary would be starting receivers at Tech.....let's be real here. Your vanilla Off. hasn't allowed you to recruit quality players on the outside and for yrs the program has made a living taking advantage of a mobile QB to make plays and make your WR/TE look good. Coale and Boykin were great, but what are they really??? Avg. possession receivers. And now you don't even have those.

Or the little brother being ranked number 1 in all the major sports, to the big brother never reaching that ranking ever in any sport, the little brother being ranked the Number 1 or 2 public institution in the land, big brother ranked around 75ish? Makes alot of sense to me. I would say the little brother won that battle

    All are better than what UVA has now. Harold and Moore would compete for playing time if there were in Blacksburg, but they would not start right away. They could become something special but need some more time developing.

    Neither started for UVA last year either.

    How can we be "little brother" if all this expansion talk they want us and UNC before anybody else the SEC and the B1G. They obviously see the whole picture and know who big brother and little brother are.

    I will respectively disagree, but as we have seen in the past, even when UVA gets higher ranked classes VT still wins on the field. As long as that continues you can have your top 10 players.

    They have no national championships in any major sport yet they want to be big brother. They only play one sport per year (reference their LAST place BB team) and according to a recent ESPN piece even that sport is in decline. And oh yes, lets not forget this football power called Hokies is 1-27 against top 5 competition... soon to be 1-28 (Bama). All this adds up to a one legged horse that is spent and ready to be put out of its misery. 20-0 is our national championship record verses the mighty chokesters.

    Most ridiculous thing I may have ever read. That D is easily as talented as Tech. Easily!!! Which starter is it exactly who you think wouldnt be one a 2-deep at VT??? That is ******* ludicrous. Your D for all it's hype last yr. was not that great. DL will be fine. LB'ers will be fine; gonna have some growing pains there for sure, but they will be fine. Speed is the name of the game and we have it--not worried after these kids get some more game experience.

    The Hoo front seven on defense will be mostly freshmen and sophs, and that's a bad formula for anyone.

    Hey hoos, why do you do this every year? You guys end the season by winnning 4-6 games it seams every year. You are disgusted with the coaches and want changes made outside of London ( now some think that needs to change ).Then you guys go into the Spring, champions of recruiting, having the best coaching staff, talking yourselves into thinking you will win 8-10 in the Fall, only having 2000-3000 fans at your Spring game because most would rather see the baseball game. Then once the season starts you have a half filled stadium by the end of the 3rd qtr. if you're losing by 10. Then it's a repeat for the following year This has been a broken record year after year after year. I'm not trying to pick a fight but seriously you guys do this like clockwork.

    And Raleigh, Quinn was never going to VT meanwhile Teller did play you guys. Both will be studs. As will Fuller and Fisher.

    The SEC would take VT before you. The "little brother" name is exclusively for football... in football, VT has owned UVA. It's not that hard to figure out.

    On at least 3 occasions last year Wyatt Teller was visiting UVA and committing. Commits to VT and when asked why all the UVA visits, we learn it was because he was recruiting players to VT. lol

    You guys had these boards lite up with Teller committing to UVA threads.
