While the source is almost 100% non believeable in most cases, this case is probably an exception and it is true. Coach isn't gonna put up with that group deals crap, if we're gonna run you off or gray shirt ya, then you better be worth something in yourself.

And the other DS lost any credibility when he took a deal like that. It may work against competition when you don't need depth but a "team" full of guys with a "you owe me attitude" won't beat character driven, hard working teams. See results verse Bama and South Carolina the last few years.
