    Give it time.The two main characters take some time to warm up to. It's basically the Julius Caesar/Mark Antony story with boobs and character side plots mixed in. It was cancelled because it had the highest cost of any HBO series of all time. Great ending too.

    lolz at this having a high cost

    They overpaid the actors that is for sure, the acting is so horrendous its practically a comedy at this point

    I just watched that kid and Marc Anthony fight in episode 2 season 2 and it was probably the worst display of acting I have ever seen

    And if it cost so much then no wonder they cancelled it, cause the realized how could something so awful cost so much

    Im pretty shocked that you liked it weedline, me and you almost always see shows the exact same way

    Interesting take though, Im certainly trying to watch it that is for sure and when I finish Ill see if what you say holds any weight

    Game of Thrones is now the most expensive show that HBO has ever made.

    Rome just wasn't popular enough to justify the cost.

    Actors ? no way

    Acting classes for the actors ? possible, so far this is my best lead

    Worst HBO show by far and its obvious because it was the shortest as far as I can tell

    Im still watching it right now and I can't think of one memorable scene from this entire 16 hours I have wasted so far

    I loved it.

    I wish they would have gone farther with the show when it came to the reigns of Tiberius, Caligula and Nero.
