Any article Ron Sanders has you should be able to read if it's VIP. Message board posts are exclusive to the board though. Are you talking about his post regarding Auburn's coaching search?

  • The "what I'm hearing" post

  • It's a long post. I'll summarize. Ron stressed that these are just rumors. List of names:

    - Jeff Fisher ("Here’s the thing: he’s probably not coming to Auburn.")
    - Jon Gruden (Not in play at AU. Heavily in play at UT.)
    - Bob Stoops ("He'd listen." Probably wouldn't leave Norman for Auburn.)
    - Jimbo Fisher (Lots of ties to Auburn. Good interest. Would demand full control "ala Saban")
    - Bo Pelini (Very interested in AU; AU's interest unknown)
    - Butch Jones (Strong interest)
    - Larry Fedora ("would likely listen to overtures from Auburn")
    - Bill O'Brien ("Has reached out to Auburn. Auburn's interest unknown. Ready to get out. NCAA sanctions more than what he expected)
    - Gus Malzahn ("Believed to be on Auburn's list" Would probably take the job, wouldn't ask for as much control as Jimbo, less expensive)
    - Charlie Strong ("Would entertain" Auburn job. Doesn't seem to be on Auburn's list)
    - Kirby Smart (Most sources "split" on whether he'd take Auburn job. Ron thinks he would. Most agree that talks won't get that far. Ron expects him to take a HC job this year. Says he wants to be a HC sooner than later.)

    Huddles are for rookies.

  • I think Bill O'Brien would be a home run.
