When I was in college, no limit poker was trendy as hell; everyone played it. We used to watch the World Series of Poker on ESPN every year. I'd play no money poker tournaments on Party Poker.com til 4am in the morning which I actually won once. I meant to spend an hour on it but I got up big and instead broke my plans and stayed up by myself on a Friday night in my apartment playing. We'd drink and play til the sun came up wasted on the weekends. Re-raising your buddy at 2am after 100 beers was a serious sign of disrespect and stuff got heated more than once. A lot of times it wasn't even for money, just pride. I even bought my own clay chips online for us to play with. But now. now I wouldn't play it or watch it if you put a gun to my head. I have no idea why, it just does not interest me at all anymore.
