SEC --every school plays 1 FCS team, except for Texas A&M who plays two Big 12 -- every school plays 1 FCS team.
Out of conference games against FBS teams: SEC -- 14 games against AQ teams (average 1 per team) Big 12 -- 7 games against AQ teams (average 0.7 per team)
Average BCS rank of out of conference FBS games (taken from complete BCS ranking list on CBS Sports): SEC -- played an average BCS rank of 63.875 Big 12 -- played an average BCS rank of 69.904
All because a lot of the SEC plays their FCS game at the end of the season and the Big 12 plays theirs at the beginning doesn't mean that the SEC is the only league that plays FCS teams.
