Correct. The LOIC may bring them down but who knows. I see this ending up in court.

It will end with Miami trying to take it to court, and after a few years throwing in the towel cause they will realize they ain't changing nothing and it will just be a waste of money they can't afford to waste
Miami doesn't have the amount of cash it would take to fight charges they were guilty of in the first place
The sanctions will have taken effect long before they even arrive at a court date
I hope they fight it, it will only bring more lulz and further prove how retarded the powers that be are at the U

I have never once said what the sanctions will be, Im just smart enough to know that Miami broke a lot of rules and the NCAA hates you
Add these 2 together and you should arrive at a common sense conclusion... and that is Miami will face some pretty serious penalties

PSU lawsuit is by alumni and boosters, school has no part in it.
If a school supported a lawsuit against the NCAA their membership would be revoked almost instantly. They agree to the terms by taking part as a member.
