  • Yeah, that Kiffin is a jerk. Standing up for a good kid that made a very dumb mistake....a kid who was never a starter, and never will be on the team. Kiffin kept his promise, a poor kid who's parent's could never afford to send their son to any university, will now graduate early with a USC degree.

    You jackasses don't have to like Lane, we'll settle for his players who love the guy....the ones that gave up their spring break to go on a humanitarian mission.

  • The walk-on lost his scholarship to another walk-on. The guy who went to jail has been at USC for four years and never lost his scholarship.

    That's great. Don't care what Lane did, but I would also rather a humanitarian trip not be turned into a media spectacle either. Bama's entire offensive line did the same thing, but they didn't take ESPN with them. They've actually been doing it for the last 3 years as a part of the mission work that Barrett Jones started in high school and a year ago, they got back just in time to help rebuild their own city as well.

    Not knocking Barkley and company for doing it. I would just appreciate it more without the cameras.

    I don't know why you all get so defensive about Kiffin. I love that people dislike Saban. Getting beat pisses people off.
