I am guessing this is an invite camp to the top Seniors from each state? What is the criteria?
At least two offers from AQ BCS Carolina schools? (That would explain the omission from Butler HS)

There are Shrine Bowl Combines. Pretty sure to be considered, you must compete in the combines.
Not sure who all from Butler got invites, but I know that Peter Kalambayi (Stanford commit) declined an invitation.

That is really too bad. Why would entire schools refuse to participate?!

Stribling was the Butler player who has committed to play for Hoke. Did he also refuse an invite to your knowledge?

I know that often times heights and weights are self-reported but dang a number of guys are shorter than I expected. (Crowder, Miller, Turner)

Kalambayi is playing in the Army game and declined an invite b'c he is playing in the Army game and he wanted his LB team mate to get an invite to the Shrine Bowl. Ferguson declined because he was upset that his brother didn't receive an invite to the Shrine Bowl last year. LeMay and Stribling just were not chosen, I believe both attended a combine.
The way Strib played as a senior, I bet he would've been chosen if they would've picked the rosters on a later date.

Who knows. I think there are politics on both sides, especially in North Carolina, concerning this game.
It's not a camp. It's an all-star game with the top players from both Carolinas. They do practice all week then play the game on Saturday.
Very good event. I usually cover it but was not able to make it this year.

Yeah he's on the shorter side, but he's really, really, good. William Vlachos started for one of Bama's National Championship team and I promise was like 5-11.5. Crowder has a higher skill level than him.
