Why couldn't many players from western pa swag make it? I assume Robert Foster wasn't there too

Not sure, but Robert Foster, Chavas Rawlins and Delton Williams all didn't make it.
Four-star LB Buddy Brown also didn't make it for the Maryland Dream Team.

Wish Buddy Brown would've made it so we can get a better look at him. Hope he shows up to PSU camp on June 2nd.
Delton Williams supposedly had to study for SATs, which is why he did not go to the MSU spring game, so that might be why he was not at this tourney.
