This site has the best team of national analysts by far. Because of this, I would say the other sites have him just a tad overrated. Dominant player he is. Top 5 player, he is not.

Readily admit that I was wrong on Lawson. Actually, I was correct based on the game I saw him play in person in 2011.
With that said, I saw Lawson play a couple of times in person in 2012 and 2-3 more times live via TV/webcast.
He may not be a better "prospect" than Nkemdiche and Jones (DE from Miss) but kid was unblockable this past 2012 season. Lawson had like 26-27 sacks in 11 games this season against very good competition..
Reminds me of a quicker, more explosive Courtney Upshaw. If I were in alley fight he might be the 1st guy in the 2013 class that I'd want having my back. Super explosive/quick and strong. Probably benches 440-450 range and the average college team might have 4-8 guys including OLine and DTs that bench this much.
I think he's currently underrated by 247.
Kevin Durant is moving up in my favorite All-Time Athletes list. Mama raised him right.
