All signs I have been seeing/ hearing/ reading are that Lovie Smith is the hire for Philly. BK could have interviewed for leverage with ND, but who knows. It's his career, can't fault the man for trying to further his career if he leaves.

Hmmm, a leverage move in the middle of the most important month in recruiting? That's got to make the boys in the AD pissed. Especially after getting run out of Miami. As a fan, this would piss me off. JMO

if they can do that one year & a team like K-State(over hyped in 12') or Ohio St (anyone see their 2012 defense )

Can't put out a statement if he wants to have leverage. PSU fans went through this with O'Brien, I don't see him leaving, but maybe Kelly see this as a good time to leave and cash in on the success.

You'd think he'd contact some local news stations, or ESPN to say its not true. The guy has to have his cell phone by him, and know whats going on. I think the dead period just ended at midnight
