President Obama fell back on the one thing he has done in his life; that is to be a community organizer. He found his issue defined as a lack of ‘fairness’ in tax rates, and the Budget Control Act of 2011 was crafted to bring a tax increase on the wealthy to the forefront of National attention. He needed to spend Federal money to swing the upcoming Presidential election in his favor so he entered into the BCA of 2011 with Congress to get his funding. The election is over, Obama is still President, but payment has come due = sequestration.
The President intended to just rule by decree and bypass the Budget Control Act of 2011. His technique of psychological crowd manipulation that was so effective on the dysfunctional urbanite population down on 95th street has proven to be valueless in the face of a diverse Congress.
Unable to achieve his goal of unrestricted spending, Obama is now blaming the wealthy for not paying enough taxes. He blames the Republicans for not giving him his way. He is relying on the new media to carry his water by making excuses and further blaming the Republicans. This is the pattern with Obama.
He reeks of inexperience. The ultra smart liberal elite President was unable to scale up his psychological political tricks to the Feds. He is unable to cut a deal with Congress, and he his proving to be unable to direct Government policy in a positive manner. Rather than execute policy to solve the problem, Obama is in effect campaigning for the public to do his job.
Psychological Headliners Coming From the White House if the Furloughs Occur:
"You will not be able to travel safe"
"Our National Defence will be Down"
"Food Inspectors will not be able to do their job and protect you and your children"
"Boarder Patrol will not be able to prevent dangerous illegals from coming in"He is using psychological warfare on his own people to make up for his inability to actually Lead.
Not to mention - this is the 4th year in a row that he is late on submitting his budget to congress - which is a federal violation of law in his office seat.
Obama has proposed budgets late every year, in violation of law. Obama's FY14 budget proposal was due 4 Feb 2013. It is LATE AGAIN - Shocker! Last year, Obama's budget did not garner a single vote, not even from a democrat. It was soundly rejected by the democrat-controlled Senate 99 to 0. Despite Obama's late and unsupported budget proposal last year, the House finished appropriations bills and passed to the Senate in July last year - plenty of time to negotiate and pass a budget. Reid (democrat Senate Leader) refused to allow the budget on the Senate floor for debate, amendment, or vote.
But when you have 3 out of the 4 major reporting companies carrying the liberal agenda - these ugly truths never see the light of day.

Nope. Just not as bullish as I once was on LNG. Its not like we dont have any, but the awash descrpitions, "Saudi Arabia of LNG" are dubious. Still would be an acceptable transitional source for power plants to meet the new standards, but to think that this combined with changing vehicles to LNG wouldn't completely turnover the profit projections based on rising prices is just as disingenuous.
