i think once the dust settles there will a few decent teams stuck in shat conferences. that would suck to be one of them

ACC is in trouble unless they win their suit against Maryland. If schools can get around the $50 mil buyout, FSU and Clemson will bail to Big 12. Then it will totally fall apart.

I wouldn't feel bad for them. A lot of the teams in question have been given a chance already and some could have made the move decades ago but didn't.

Lots of smoke the past two days about UNC and the SEC. Their fans on TOS seem to think it's all but done. Not sure where that is coming from, but interesting nonetheless.

Funny thing is that it looked like the ACC was getting ahead of the curve with Miami, VT and BC (who by the way is totally screwed, can't see how this works out for them).

Supposedly the rumor was UNC wants the SEC but they want to bring UVA... UVA probably wants the BIG..

Can't see that happening. Their academic reputation is too important to them. Athletically the ACC makes more sense but that's just part of the picture for UNC. JMO

UNC is far too classy and historical to help lead the procession out of the ACC but if FSU, Clemson and VT look to be gone they will golden parachute on up to the B1G in a heart beat.
