Probably still on the bus or in the car already. It's messed up enough as it is a grown man would do that, but then he has his kid do it and speeds off before his kid can even close the car door.

Don't see how it's constitutional to criminalize what is, at its heart, offensive speech that should be protected by the 1st Amendment.

Having said that, if that happened to be my kid, I would have most certainly committed a battery on that ass clown; in fact, if I had witnessed that I'm pretty sure I would end up in jail as well.

Yes, the guy deserves to have his ass kicked no doubt.

But i'm not down with the government putting him in jail for it.

In fact, this dipshit is more than likely just the kind of tool that could very easily be induced to take a swing at you, and legally greenlight the beatdown you would then put on him
