What does the board think?
Looking forward to the matchup of Clowney vs. Michigan's tackle.
Also interesting that 3 of Michigan's 4 losses came against the #1, #2, and #3 teams in the AP poll.
What is the story with Denard and your new QB? 100% by bowl game?

Michigan is going to get severely beat down.
Against Ohio State, Michigan's tackle got abused by a true freshman who was converted from DT to DE.
What do you think Clowney's going to do him?

I haven't seen much of Mich. outside of the Bama game and a few other drives here and there. There have been a couple of Michigan guys saying they have a possible All American matched up with Clowney, and that he should hold his own.

Yep.
One sack, one TFL and a forced fumble. But he blew up a few plays too. If Lewan had trouble with him what do you think Clowney's going to do?

I don't have much faith in Michigan's offensive coaching staff to put together a decent game plan w/o a healthy Robinson. I also doubt that Robinson is going to be able to throw come the game - nerve injuries are tricky.
I think the defense will be able to limit a Lattimore-less SCar, but not forever.

While I'm not saying he'll hold his own (I expect at least a couple sacks from Clowney), Lewan is a first-rounder and one of the best left tackles in the college game. Anyone who says otherwise is just kidding themselves.
As for the OSU game, Lewan has been suffering from a couple nagging injuries to his knees that just got worse as the season came to a close. Given a month to heal up, he'll be back to regular form by bowl season.

I remember the sack/forced fumble play, but I don't remember any other big plays from him. Although I haven't watched a replay of the game either. And just because Washington had one big play against Lewan doesn't mean that Clowney is going to abuse Lewan the whole game. By that logic whoever the two guys were who couldn't tackle Denard are doomed to never tackle a fast football player again.

Yeh Michigan is going to get roasted.
I just hope they somehow keep it respectable, and I would be happy if a miracle happened and Michigan somehow came out victorious.
But no, we are going to get pounded by SC. Can't wait until Michigan actually gets some talent on the field.
