Some of the newer episodes are good but the funniest one's, IMO, were the earlier episodes. I think my favorite episode was the "Chicken fvcker" episode.
Cartman just used to be a lot funnier to me than he is now. The newer episodes that had me rolling that come to mind are the "Ass-burgers" and "Penis Chart" episodes.

It was most definitely better earlier on. Recently it's hit or miss. I only saw the first half of Jewbacabra and I thought it was pretty hilarious. Butters and Cartman make the show.

I'm a huge Randy fan. TMI is most definitely a top 5 episode of all time, and that was season 15.
It was hit and miss early on as well.

Creme Fraiche, Bloody Mary(probably my favorite Randy episode), The Losing Edge, Obama episode, and TMI. Those episodes are the best of Randy.
