haha, I can't believe it took him so long to wonder, "wait... is this legal?" I'm not sure what is more puzzling about this. The fact that he blogged about what he was doing and nobody really cared, or that he actually had to ask the Radiation Authority before anyone did anything about an illegal nuclear experiment.
