Star is probably the only ND fan that I can stand. Always seems to have good opinions and seems like an overall good dude. Pretty much every other ND fan that I've run into sucks, though.

Yes, there are some obnoxious fans but there are for every school, just read this board a little. My point, I guess is, don't talk all nice on the board and then come here and just rip people.
I am sure you will flame away and bad mouth ND, which is very easy to do right now, or bad mouth me, which I could care less, but just show a little consistency.

Yes, my point was more of a compliment towards star. I don't know very many ND fans by name outside of star and IrishImpact. I was more referring to tBB but every time that I've been on the ND board, I've been treated with respect. No disrespect intended.

Ok got it that makes sense.
And yes I get the concept of differentiation between a team and a fan base, however when you speak well of and complimentary to a group of people and then turn around and say all but two suck that is where there seems to be a break in logic. I may have just missed it. All good

My recent experiences with ND fans on tBB and on the Michigan site has consisted of several of them bashing Johnny Football's character over and over again, citing his character as a reason that he shouldn't have won the Heisman. I've never had any of that on the ND board, though.
